If you subscribe to a Plus plan and change your mind, cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No prorated refunds, but no awkward retention flows either.

Is Plumerie really free?
Yes. Plumerie and Plumerie Family are genuinely free — not free trials. The free plans include barcode scanning, borrow/loan tracking, want lists, Shelf Scans, series management, and all upcoming social features. The Plus plans remove all limits and add advanced tools for readers who want more.
What's the difference between Plumerie and Plumerie Family?
Plumerie is for a single reader: up to 100 books, 3 locations, and a personal library. Plumerie Family is for households: up to 500 books shared across up to 5 members, 5 locations, a shared catalog, and per-member tracking. Both are free.
When will the Plus plans be available?
Plumerie Plus and Family Plus are in active development. We're building the features — unlimited books and scans, advanced semantic search, Book Lab tools, and advanced stats — before we open subscriptions. We'll announce when they're ready.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between personal and family plans at any time. If you downgrade from a Plus plan, your library stays intact but limits revert to the free-plan levels. You can export a full CSV backup at any point, on any plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We'll support major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal at launch. We're exploring additional payment options for different regions. More details when subscriptions open.
What happens to my data if I cancel a Plus plan?
Your library stays exactly as it is. Books, notes, and history are never deleted. Limits revert to your free-plan levels — for example, the book count caps at 100 for individual or 500 for family — but everything above those limits remains accessible in read-only form until you reduce it. You can export a full CSV backup at any point, on any plan.
