Questions
Does the gift expire?
No. The code never expires, and the plan it unlocks is for life.
What if they already use Plumerie?
That works too. If they already pay for Plus or Family Plus, the gift takes over and their subscription is cancelled at the end of the period they've already paid for. If they already have a lifetime plan, they can pass the code on to someone else.
Can I get a refund?
Within 30 days of purchase, as long as the code hasn't been redeemed: contact us and we'll refund it and cancel the code. Once the code has been redeemed, the gift can't be refunded.
Does it work on the iPhone app?
Yes. The code is redeemed on the web at app.plumerielibrary.com. After that, the plan works everywhere they use Plumerie, including the iPhone app.
