Viivi Marttinen

Viivi Marttinen is a career visibility and talent consultant based in Helsinki. After five years in full-cycle recruitment and People Ops at Supermetrics, she now helps international professionals get found in Finland's job market, and helps Finnish companies become places the world wants to work.

She co-founded Femcode Collective, which runs beginner-friendly AI build days for women and non-binary people in Helsinki and Tokyo, and hosts the Sisu & Slay podcast. She received the Social Impact Award at the Nordic Women in Tech Awards 2024.
